Payment Policy

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB.

Digital wallets linked to a supported card: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

The payment methods available for a specific booking are shown at the payment step or stated in the service confirmation.

Payments are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Where a price is shown in another currency for reference, the amount charged is the VND amount stated in the booking confirmation.

If your card is issued in another currency, the conversion is performed by your card-issuing bank at its own exchange rate and may be subject to its fees. V HUB Asia has no control over these rates and fees.

The price of a service includes everything listed in the tour program or service confirmation. Optional extras (entrance tickets, meals, activities not included in the program) are indicated separately.

Payment is made at the time of booking, unless a deposit and balance schedule is agreed in the service confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed once the payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received and V HUB Asia has sent a confirmation by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or telephone.

Card payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. Card details are entered on the secure page of the payment gateway and are not stored on this website or by V HUB Asia.

The payment gateway operates in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. 3-D Secure verification (a one-time code from your bank) may be required to complete a transaction.

After a successful transaction you receive a payment confirmation from the payment gateway and a booking confirmation from V HUB Asia.

A VAT invoice is issued on request in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Please provide the invoicing details before or at the time of payment.

If a payment is declined, please check the details entered, contact your card-issuing bank, or use another payment method. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@v-hub.info or by phone +84 865 409 399 before initiating a chargeback with your bank, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds for cancelled or modified services are made in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on this website.

We may update this Payment Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
