User Agreement

The site provides information about currency exchange rates and currency exchange, private tours, transfers and travel concierge services in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam, partner and referral programs, and the ability to submit a request through the chat widget or web forms.

All operations, tours and transfers are arranged together with the V HUB Asia team on the conditions agreed individually with the manager.

By submitting any form or starting a conversation through the chat widget you confirm that you have read and accept this User Agreement.

Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information and the actual amount of the operation requested.

Do not use the site to perform any operations prohibited by the laws of Vietnam or your country of residence, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

Do not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or perform automated requests in volumes that affect the availability of the service.

Prices and exchange rates shown on the site are indicative and may change. The final rate, price, fees, and total cost of an operation, tour or transfer are agreed with the manager before the booking is confirmed.

Payment is made in accordance with the Payment Policy: v-hub.info/payment-policy.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy: v-hub.info/refund-policy.

The customer undergoes identification and verification in accordance with the AML/KYC Policy: v-hub.info/aml-kyc-policy.

All texts, graphics, logos, and other materials of the site are the property of V HUB Asia and are protected by intellectual property law. Use without prior written consent is not permitted.

We do our best to keep the information on the site current, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or available at all times.

V HUB Asia is not liable for losses arising from delays of third-party services (Telegram, WhatsApp, banks, payment systems) or from the user's actions.

We may revise this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after publication of changes means acceptance of the new version.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes are resolved at the location of V HUB Asia.
