Money exchange in Hoi An
Straight answer first: we do not have a counter in Hoi An. We have one office and it is in Da Nang — 134 Đỗ Bá, Bắc Mỹ Phú, Ngũ Hành Sơn, open daily 10:00 to 20:00, phone +84 865 409 399. Hoi An is inside the area we serve, though, and for anyone staying there the practical route involves no travel at all: you send the money from your own bank or wallet, and the dong arrives by VietQR transfer to a Vietnamese account.
Without a Vietnamese account, banknotes are the only option left, and banknotes are handed over in Da Nang — either as a trip of its own or folded into something you were heading into the city for anyway.
